What is Spirituality?

You can practice to achieve it such that you will remain undisturbed from everyday hazards.

The Bhagwat Gita gives the best recommendation in this: “Do not get obsessed with the past, it will never come back; do not worry about the future, it is illusion, because Time yet to come is not at your control; concentrate only on the present, as it is real and your actions today can change the destiny.”

Someone who wanted to be a doctor ended up doing a bank job. Someone who wanted to be an engineer working as a teacher now. You can take over control of your body-mind-soul by Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama. Body and mind must be simultaneously combined with scientific Yoga and nutritious foods so that you will be many miles ahead of your generation. This process will ultimately enable you to achieve Supreme Consciousness where you are the Master of your own Soul, and you can freely swim in the river of life on this planet; nobody can hinder your path to success. You will be the supreme commander of your destiny.
